Midi WorkShop is where you record and edit your midi when using SawStudio. The first thing you need to do is setup Midi WorkShop and then you are on your way to adding midi to SawStudio. Make sure you have watched the Midi WorkShop View video first.

Patch .ini File Setup Program A Drum Beat In MWS
Click/Conductor Track Convert Midi To Audio
Play & Record VST's  

NOTE: You DO NOT need to setup a Patch .ini file if you are just
using a MIDI Controller, the Patch .ini file is for Synthesizers and
Tune Generators only.
