You need to have Apple's Quicktime Player installed on your computer,
to install click here.

You need to have Winrar to decompress the file you downloaded, download and install it now click here.

If the videos do not open up in QuickTime Player even after you install QuickTime you will have to make sure that QuickTime Player is the program that is used to open up MP4 files. Let me show you how to do this.

Next click on "Folder Options"

Once you click "OK" you will be taken back to the "Folder Options" page then you click "Apply".

Now when you click on a video it will open in The QuickTime Player program.
